Code of Conduct

• Members must treat staff and other guests with respect.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion and revocation of membership

• Members are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to management

• Photography/ Videography Consent

  • Respect the privacy of others and DO NOT take photos or videos of guests without their consent. Certain events may have specific photography policies; please to those guidelines as they are indicated. 

• Appropriate Attire: 

  • Attire should be appropriate for a nightclub setting 

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on dress code violations

• Responsible Drinking: 

  • Guests are expected to drink responsibly and any excess drinking leading to excessive intoxication may lead to removal from the venue 

• Personal Belongings: All guests are expected to keep their personal belongings secure as well as report and bring any items they may find to the staff or management immediately. Filter is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Termination Of Membership:

  • Filter management reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time in accordance to any violation of policies or code of conduct.

  • Violation of Policies: Any member found in violation of any of the nightclubs rules, policies or code of conduct may have their membership terminated.
